Hi i don't realy have a guide for this but it's just the fastest training method.
Ok i train hp with RANGED,i dunno why but it's faster then melee and/or magic.
So yea just train range and u will automaticly train hp VERRY fast.
ow ye u can do pest controll to but thats kinda slow... pale
